The Finnish team for the championship is chosen
Four players out of the Team Finland 2010 group that was aiming for the championship made their way to the competition according to the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Along with favourites Kalle Samooja and Tapio Pulkkanen the ones successful on the rankings were Toni Hakula and Miro Veijalainen.
As the host country for the competition Finland also gets to name four other players to participate in the European Amateur. These players are Henri Satama, Nicklas Kaivola, Mikael Salminen and Joonas Hinkkanen who managed rise to the competition from outside the original Team Finland 2010 group.
